Camille Black

Camille Black, LMFT, DBA

If you’re balancing the impossible, wondering if you’re doing enough—this is your reminder: you are enough. Always have been. Always will be.

I’m Camille Black, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and mother of twins, dedicated to helping women like you find peace, purpose, and joy in the chaos of life. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of pregnancy, motherhood, or a major life transition, I am here to provide the unconditional support you need to heal and grow.

Born and raised in Southern California, I bring both personal and professional experience to my work. My passion for maternal mental health began with my best friends—teen mothers who inspired me to explore the psychology behind motherhood. It deepened when I became a mother myself, navigating the emotional complexities of raising twins. I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, unseen, or unsure of your next step

How I Help

As a therapist, I combine compassion and grace with transparency and accountability. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and supported while challenging patterns that no longer serve you. I use approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps you focus on what truly matters to you; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to reframe negative thought patterns; and Brainspotting and EMDR, to process and heal deep emotional wounds. I also incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices, empowering you to find calm and clarity in the midst of stress.

Therapy with me isn’t about striving for perfection—it’s about progress and transformation. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s holding you back, heal old wounds, and create a path forward that feels aligned with who you are and who you want to become.

Accessible Care for You

I offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments, and am paneled with several insurance providers to make therapy as accessible as possible. You deserve a space where you can pause, breathe, and grow into the best version of yourself.

Why me?

I understand the unique pressures Black women face in a world that often demands strength over vulnerability. My work is rooted in culturally affirming, trauma-informed care, honoring the resilience and individuality of each client.
