Dr Jaih Craddock ACSW
Associate Clinical Social Worker with passion for empowering Black women on their unique journeys through parenthood and personal growth.

Embracing Diversity and Experience
As a Black woman, mother, and therapist, my personal and professional experiences intertwine to form a compassionate and authentic approach to therapy. With my background in social work research, I bring a deep understanding of the systemic challenges Black women face in various aspects of their lives.
Navigating Parenthood Together
I specialize in supporting Black women as they navigate the multifaceted and sometimes challenging journey of becoming a parent and parenthood itself. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to addressing systemic oppressions that impact the well-being of Black women.
Empowerment and Authenticity
In my practice, I prioritize empowerment and authenticity. I believe in creating a safe space where clients can be their true selves, free from judgment and societal expectations. This genuine engagement sets the stage for deep and meaningful change, fostering an environment where clients can explore and embrace their authentic selves.
A Commitment to Well-being
Dedicated to the well-being of Black women, my goal is to empower clients to find balance, joy, and fulfillment in personal relationships, motherhood, and individual lives. Through our work together, I aim to help clients build strong, healthy relationships both within their families and with themselves.
